This is a great family holiday home situated on the top of a hillside in the countryside in the village of Santa Margarita. It is furnished to a high standard and with contemporary decorations.
The house has natural materials, white walls and spot lights throughout; there is a cool lounge with two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with satellite and access to both outside terraces. The dining area is situated next to the kitchen which it is fitted with stainless steel appliances, modern cupboards, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and a dishwasher. A door from this area leads to a very light and bright twin bedroom which has access to laundry area. On the other side of this floor we can find two more bedrooms, they consists of two twin bedrooms sharing a large and modern shower room.
A stair case leads up to the master bedroom with a large double bed, a dressing room and a large full bathroom with a large bath and a separate shower. French doors access to a large solarium terrace with wonderful views towards the countryside and the fields.
Outside, there is a lovely terrace covered with a pergola and has terrace furniture and from you can have views towards the swimming pool area surrounded by floor tiles and with plenty of sun lounges. The pool and terraces have wonderful views.
